PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe capable of measuring an exhaust gas flux stably, continuously, and accurately without being influenced by the deposition of solidified objects in the pipe, and detecting that a predetermined exhaust gas flux can not be maintained any longer when the deposition becomes excessive.;SOLUTION: The exhaust pipe discharges exhaust gas to the outside of a furnace for heat treating a processing object containing a component such as a binder or a solvent which is evaporated or burned to be gasified during heat treatment. The pipe 1 joins the dilute gas introducing pipe 3 for mixing the dilute gas from the outside with the exhaust gas flowing inside the pipe so as to mix the exhaust gas and the dilute gas, then discharges the mixed gas to the outside. The pipe is capable of managing the exhaust gas flux before being mixed with the dilute gas based on the following four measuring data: the dilute gas flux, the temperature of the dilute gas, the temperature of the exhaust gas before being mixed with the dilute gas and the temperature of the mixed gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
