PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modulate 1st and 2nd data into an orthogonal frequency division multiple signals with mutually independent modulation systems. ;SOLUTION: A data string converting part 1100 arranges 1st data to be transmitted in a previously defined order, in accordance with two or more sub-carriers that mutually orthogonal cross over a frequency axis, a power converting part 1200 changes the power spectrum of each sub-carrier to be a power rate corresponding to 2nd data which are independent of the 1st data and which should be transmitted, a discrete Fourier transforming part 1300 synthesizes each sub-carrier to produce a time axis waveform, and an orthogonal modulating part 1400 performs orthogonal modulation of a real number axis signal and an imaginary number axis signal, which mutually orthogonally cross and synthesizes them.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
