PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a possibility of causing incorrect connection although an OTG (On The Go) device equipped with a mini AB receptacle is usable as a host or a device.;SOLUTION: Control is performed to suppress the whole or a part of output to a USB (universal serial bus) connector connecting means when set to a host mode and determined that the mini B of the USB connector is connected, and when set to a device mode and determined that the mini A of the USB connector is connected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
