PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an appropriate exchange rate of discrete equities and a beneficial interest generated including the discrete equities.;SOLUTION: A beneficial interest issuing device is for acquiring the discrete equities dealt in a stock market and issuing the beneficial interest of an investment trust including the discrete equities and other equities. The device acquires the equities identification information of the discrete equities and an acquisition desired date, acquires a present price in the stock market of the discrete equities, acquires a beneficial interest price, calculates and outputs the exchange rate of an investment trust beneficial interest acquisition right and the discrete equities on the basis of the present price, the acquisition desired date and the beneficial interest price, acquires a provision approval notice of accepting the exchange of the discrete equities with the beneficial interest acquisition right at the exchange rate, performs the processing of exchanging the beneficial interest acquisition right with the discrete equities at the exchange rate when the notice is acquired, executes a beneficial interest issuing processing in the case that all the discrete equities and the other equities constituting the investment trust are acquired, and performs the processing of exchanging the beneficial interest with the beneficial interest acquisition right.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
