PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction-separating apparatus capable of reducing the apparatus cost by shortening the time for extraction-separating and reducing the total cost for extraction-separating by cutting down the apparatus space.;SOLUTION: An extraction-separating apparatus is constituted so that at least a part of an inside mixer tank 3 arranged in an outside separation tank 2 where a discharge port 12 is arranged below, a mixing impeller 4 arranged in the inside mixer tank 3, a delivery port 13 arranged below the inside mixer tank 3 and the internal space of the inside mixer tank 3 communicates with the internal space of the outside separation tank 2 via the delivery port 13. It is preferable that the discharge port 12 of the outside separation tank 2 is arranged at a position directly under the delivery port 13 of the inside mixer tank 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
