PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding type load-shift preventing device for a vehicle, which can be used regardless of the division ratio of the seat widths in a separate seat, and can be used with any one only of load-shift preventing sheets of the load-shift preventing device.;SOLUTION: Load-shift preventing devices 11A, 11B, which can wind load-shift preventing sheets 12A, 12B respectively, are arranged on each seat back of a pair of separate seats adjoining in the direction of the width of the vehicle. Pulling-out side terminal parts of the load-shift preventing sheets 12A, 12B are attached to the vehicle via a stay 15 mountable on a vehicle ceiling part in the direction of the width of the vehicle. The stay 15 is composed of a pair of divided stays 15A, 15B, which are joined by means of a quick coupler 16 so as to be divided into the respective parts at a middle position in the longitudinal direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
