PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope greening retaining wall for greening a slope with a slope frame of the same structure as that of a cast-in-place construction method, and facilitating cast-in-place work for the slope frame, a construction method for the slope greening retaining wall and a porous block used in the construction method.;SOLUTION: The respective coarse aggregates are coupled to each other with the surfaces thereof coated with a binding agent to form porous concrete having a continuous void structure inside. A number of porous blocks 1 having plate-like bases 2 and a groove forming wall 3 raised from the base 2 are arranged and laid side by side vertically and horizontally to form a vegetation part 6 surrounded with a plurality of groove forming walls 3, and concrete placing grooves 7 connected vertically and horizontally and sandwiched by the opposite groove forming walls 3, 3.
