PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate predicted value to a destination and realize appropriate charging by collecting travel result information of a movable body and attributes such as passed days of the week and time zones, calculating and providing the predicted value of reaching the destination on the basis of collected movable body result information and the attributes, and lowering a charge in proportion to a difference between the predicted value and a result value in regard to a time of arrival predicting method and a time of arrival predicting program.;SOLUTION: The time of arrival predicting program has a step of referring to a database stored with travel result information notified from the movable body and attribute information affecting travel time, retrieving the travel result information corresponding to a route from a present position to the destination by specified attributes, and calculating the predicted value of reaching the destination from the present position on the basis of the retrieved travel result information when the destination and attributes affecting travel time are specified, and a step of charging on the basis of the difference between the calculated predicted value and the result information of the time it has taken for the movable body to reach the destination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
