PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable copolymer which excels in mechanical properties such as flexibility and elasticity and can suitably control the period of biodegradable time, its production method, and a medical treatment material from the above biodegradable copolymer.;SOLUTION: The biodegradable multi-block copolymer is represented by formula (1): -(-A-COO-PCL-COO-)_n- [wherein A is a polylactide (PL), a polyglycolide (PG) or a polylactide polyglycolide copolymer (PL/PG); PCL is a poly--caprolactone; and n is an integer of 2-2,000), and its production method is disclosed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
