PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively using defatted sesame, concretely, a method for obtaining a SOD-like active fraction and an antioxidative active fraction from defatted sesame.;SOLUTION: This method for obtaining a SOD-like active fraction and/or an antioxidative active fraction comprises fermenting defatted sesame with a fungus.
