PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slave control system capable of restricting a slave to a mobile telephone set without a user's turning off a power source of the mobile telephone set. SOLUTION: This slave control system 10 comprises: a reception part 10 for receiving a number of a mobile telephone set 30 used by a user and an incoming call rejection time which rejects an incoming call to the mobile telephone call 30; a registration part 102 for storing the number and incoming call rejection time received by the reception part 101 in a storage part 104; and an exchange control unit 103 which receives a call-out signal for calling out the mobile telephone call 30, and controls so as not to carry out the incoming call to the mobile telephone call 30 in case of being within the incoming call rejection time that a time which received the call-out signal is stored in the storage part 104.
