PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utility tool for displaying and a system capable of displaying a photograph or an image or character information which a user wants to display easily and decoratively, to solve the problems in displaying them that: 1. frames made of a wood or plastic come in few kinds; 2. it takes great deal of trouble to go out to buy one; 3. it is troublesome to find a place for having the frames which are previously bought in stock; and 4. the frame made of a wood or plastic is difficult to be hanged up on wall because it is heavy and many walls are difficult to be attached with a hook for hanging up a frame.;SOLUTION: A plurality of designs of the utility tool for displaying such as a frame or a mount which is required for displaying character or image information that a user has such as a photograph are prepared. The designs are stored in an electronic storage medium, are taken into a PC via the Internet, a CD, DVD or memory card, and are printed out after selecting the utility tools for displaying which agree with information to be displayed.
