The ES cell has the natural tendency which differentiates in the cell where early it resembles to the cell of embryo external endotoderm system of the human embryo. As for the applicants, when the ES cell is cultured the direct of BMP- mediation characteristic default route of embryo external endotoderm differentiation and/or under existing of the indirect antagonist, as for the ES cell the fact that this route is not advanced was discovered.
