PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detach a vertical pipe by forming a bent down-flow passage in which the sewage flows down in a bending manner between the passage and an inner surface of the vertical pipe, and butting one end on the in-flow side of the vertical pipe to one end of a sewer pipe, and joining end parts with each other. ;SOLUTION: A screw shaft 6 to form a bending down-flow passage is arranged in a vertical pipe 3, an in-flow pipe 31 is connected to an upper end part of the vertical pipe 3, and one end of the in-flow pipe of the vertical pipe 3 is butted to and joined with one end of a sewer pipe 1. The water-expansion caulking agent 11 is filled in a butted part of the sewer pipe 1 to the in-flow pipe 31 and edge parts thereof from the outer circumferential part, an elastic plate 12 is mounted on the outer circumference of the water expansion caulking agent 11, and a C-shaped strip 13 is wound therearound and tightened by bolts. In the prescribed period after joining, the strip 13 and the elastic plate 12 are successively detached, the vertical pipe 3 is easily detached from the sewer pipe 1, enabling replacement in half a day.
