PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of an elastic wire binding part by arranging elastic wires in the oblique direction for expanding outward to the nonbinding part side from the binding part side in a boundary part between a binding part and a nonbinding part in a tip side binding part. SOLUTION: Elastic wires 3 are integrally bundled on the tip side. The rear end sides are integrally bundled, and are connected to an operation wire to be pushed and pulled by an operation part connected to the base end of a pallium tube. A tip side binding part of these elastic wires 3 is inserted into a tip binding tube 4, and is fixed by sliver soldering or the like. The axis of the tip binding tube 4 is made to almost coincide with the axis of a pallium tube. The elastic wires 3 are bent outward in a position coming out of the rear end of the tip binding tube 4. A fixing agent 7 such as sliver solder is heaped up over an outer peripheral surface of the elastic wires 3 from a rear end surface of the tip binding tube 4, and a boundary between a binding part and a nonbinding part is formed of a rear end part A of the fixing agent 7.
