CDMA power control null for paging channel electricity and early traffic channel

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize paging channel power and initial traffic channel power in CDMA by transmitting a paging message to a mobile station by radio wave by optimum paging channel power which is decided through a paging channel.;SOLUTION: The mobile station 10 generates a pilot signal measuring message(PSMM) identifying a strength, that is the power of a received pilot signal by locking in the strongest pilot signal. When the mobile station 10 is locked in the pilot signal from a base station 30, for example, PSMM is transmitted to the base station 30. The controller of the base station 30 decides optimum paging channel power and optimum initial traffic channel power, based on the reported pilot signal strength and a present forward link load in accordance with a software program which is stored in a memory.
