PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a communication service using a book type interface application.;SOLUTION: A book type interface application control device comprises general book information managing means for managing operation information reflected to the application in relation to a book ID, and personal book information managing means for managing operation information reflected to the application in relation to a user ID and a book ID. Upon reception of control information transmitted upon the user's operation on the application, if the control information specifies only the operating user as an operation target, or if a specific user is specified, operation information notified by the control information is registered in the personal book information managing means, and if all users are specified, the operation information is registered in the general book information managing means.
