The arrangement comprises a substantially closed volume (1), an inert gas source (2), a conduit (11) extending between the closed volume and inert gas for supplying and removing this gas and a valve (5) in the conduit which automatically responds to the pressure difference between the closed volume and ambient atmosphere by allowing inert gas to escape or ambient air to enter. An independent claim is also included for a system for heating and/or cooling at least part of a building, comprising a pipe arrangement for circulating a heat transfer medium, heat exchangers located in the pipe arrangement, a heat or cold source connected to the pipe arrangement and an expansion and/or contraction device for the heat transfer medium including the above feed-line arrangement.
