The information system is based on mobile Internet and involves users employing mobile/cellular telephones on the basis of previously determined payment conditions to obtain access to a premium Internet site, preferably a I-mode system or similar, with the Internet site being for care purposes, offering medical and pharmaceutical information. The system is usable by doctors, nurses, para-medics, dentists, veterinary surgeons, pharmacists. The Internet site is also accessible by the fixed Internet. The system is interactive and can be consulted for information covering illnesses, pathologies, para-medic and para-veterinary address books, service schemes, methods of treatment.
