Cyclobenzaprine "3-(5H-dibenzo [a,d] cyclohepten-5- ylidene)-N,N-dimethyl-1-propanamine" is used to manufacture a medicament suitable for administering less than 5 mg/day of cyclobenzaprine to treat or prevent sleep disturbances, fibromyalgia, prolonged fatigue, chronic fatigue, chronic fatigue syndrome, sleep disorders, psychogenic pain disorder or chronic pain syndrome (type II).
