A method for biochemical identification of plant quarantine pathogenes: brown rot of potato Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith), bacterial blight of fruiters Erwinia amylovora (Burrill) Winslow et al., phomopsis blight of sunflower Phomopsis helianthi Cvet. et al., consists in protein extraction out of phytopathogenic bacteria and testing thereof. Identification is carried out in 3 days by biochemical method of isoelectric focusing of pathogenes proteins in polyacrylamide gel within pH interval of 3.5-10. Identification of quarantine phytopathogenic bacteria is carried out by obtained protein spectrums that are specific for each disease.
