摘要
The method for predicting the consequences of injury in the patients of traumatological and intensive care departments provides for assessing the severity of the injury and examining the blood cells. The severity of the injury is assessed by PTS scale. The stroke index of the breathing tension, tonestabilization, and coefficient of integral tonicity are assessed with the aid of the integral rheography after M.I. Tischenko. In blood the percentage of the stab neutrophiles is counted. The coefficient of the anatomical-and-functional alterations is calculated upon admission and in 1, 2-3, 5-7 and 8-14 days after the injury. The parameters of the multifactor analysis are also scored. When the coefficient of the anatomical-and-functional alterations is less than 600 and the number of points scored by the multifactor analysis is less than 0.8 the prognosis is regarded as the favorable one. Otherwise, the prognosis is regarded as unfavorable one. If the unfavorable prognosis is predicted only by one of two models (either coefficient of the anatomical-and-functional alterations exceeds 600 or the number of points in the multifactor analysis exceeds 0.8) the overall prognosis is regarded as the doubtful.
