METHOD FOR ASSESSING LEVEL OF PSYCHOSOCIAL DISADAPTATION IN PATIENTS WITH SOMATIC DISEASES

The method for assessing the level of psychosocial disadaptation in the patients with somatic diseases consists in taking into account the complex of risk factors. Prior to the assessment, the limitations in the basic areas of patient's activity are estimated. Then the level of psychosocial disadaptation is assessed according to the formula. PSAs 0.30 suggests the lack of disadaptation, PSAs within 0.3-0.69 range suggests the moderate level of disadaptation, and finally, PSAs 0.69 corresponds to high level of disadaptation.
