A method for the preparation of biohumus and fodder additive for cattle breeding from waste of cattle breeding, plant cultivation, peat and different industrial waste with use of biological fermenter; in which method the aeration of mixture is performed with respect of the following parameters: ratio of carbon to nitrogen of 1:20-25, aì of 6.0-7.0, temperature of pasteurization period is of 60-70yc.
