METHOD FOR ASSESSING EFFECTS OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES ON NITROGEN OXIDE PRODUCTION BY ENDOTHELIAL ISOFORM OF NITROGEN OXIDE SYNTHASE

The method for assessing the effects of the chemical substances on nitrogen oxide production by the endothelial isoform of nitrogen oxide synthase consists in detecting the final metabolites of nitrogen oxide, namely nitrires and nitrates as the markers of nitrogen oxide production. The dynamics of the concentration of such metabolites is indicative of the nitrogen oxide production by the endothelial isoform of nitrogen oxide synthase.
