METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF MANDIBULAR FRACTURES WITH ACCOMPANYING EXTENSIVE DEFECTS OF DENTAL ROWS

The method for the surgical treatment of the mandibular fractures with accompanying extensive defects of the dental rows comprises the reposition of the fragments with the use of Port splint and the fixation of the mandible by the wire ligature connected with four pairs of the titanium screws. The screws are inserted bilaterally and symmetrically on the vestibular surface of the maxilla and the mandible.
