摘要

The technique for fixing the osteografts used in treating the defects of the posterior wall of acetabulum comprises osteometallosynthesis of the grafts attached to the ischium by the screws and/or the wires. The screws and/or the wires are inserted to the ischium 10-15 mm dorsal to the edge of the posterior wall of acetabulum being generated. Then the screws and/or the wires are directed inwards in the plane inclined at an angle of 10-15 DEGREE to the frontal plane ventrally and 20-25 DEGREE to the horizontal plane caudally.
