A powered battery is connected with mains (7) through a transformer (5) and a daily timer (6). The daily timer is connected with an alarm receptor, a landline and a mobile phone. The relay is connected with the mobile phone and buttons. The transmitter alarm, the relay, the pushbutton and the mains are integrated into a chassis and a mounting frame.
