The hydrophonics system has bags or containers (4), which are longitudinally aligned and suspended by transverse bars (5) in combination with cables (6), which are fixed to the supports (7) of the bags or containers. The cables are wound (13-13') on the transverse bars. The transverse bars are synchronously driven by a motor (8) to cause the winding of the cables for lifting and dropping the bags or containers carrying the plants to grow.
