The method involves analyzing each of the digital images by image processing technique by extracting specific information representing their visual characteristics. The set of features expressed in numbers to obtain visual characterization or correspondence direct visual similarity in image, and then the features are compared and represented in a database. The digitized image is matched with mark query object. A detailed report of the matched image is then compared, validated and evaluated by an operator. The method involves analyzing each of the digital images by image processing technique by extracting specific information representing their visual characteristics, where set of features expressed in numbers to obtain visual characterization or correspondence direct visual similarity in image, and thus enables to prevent opposition or conflict during registration process or consultation of trademarks by detecting visual similarity between trademarks automatically.
