The device has a main body provided with a cleaning body (2) and a body accommodating the compact disk. A spray stage drying process is initiated by actuating a spray device and a drying device, which is moved with constant angular motion. The cleaning cloth is held in a stationary position (15) and brought into contact with the disk to be cleaned which rotates at a constant speed in an anticlockwise direction. The main body is provided with a clean start button (4), a dirty cloth indicator (5), a cleaning fluid depletion indicator (6), a plug connection adapter (7), a battery holder (8) and a washer fluid reservoir (9).
