Disclosed is a method for the determination ofurinary protein and creatinine in a single reactionvessel using a continuous process. The method involvesadjusting the pH to a level suitable for carrying outan immuno assay for the protein and making such adetermination by an immuno agglutination technique.Raising the pH to a level suitable for determining thecreatinine quickly dissipates the cloudiness caused bythe agglutination reaction, so that the creatininedetermination can be carried out without delay.
