Biological pollution treatment facility in systems for the treatment and conditioning of industrial waters and more particularly waters of recirculation and cooling, these systems with an evaporative condenser or a tower cooling (1) and a heat exchanger (2), characterized in that it includes a culture filter biological fixed (4), placed in derivation on the loop recirculation (3) of the system cooling water, so as to treat a fraction of the recirculating water there by eliminating the microbial nutrients it contains, the filter effluent being recycled in said loop, generally upstream of the exchanger (2).
