A method of generating clientele by an agent of a businessprohibited from direct solicitation is described. The method includes theagent requesting from an established client of the business a referral fora prospective client. The method also includes the established clientreferring the prospective client to the business, and, in response, theprospective client contacting the business. Subsequently, arepresentative of the business obtains authorization from theprospective client to provide information about products and services ofthe business.
