A health counsel support system and the like for promoting efficiency of diagnosis, assuring continuity of improvement of health, and improving living habit more effectively. Before interviewing a patient, a doctor writes an examination /diagnosis result and a patient operates a touch panel (3) to read a questionnaire answered from a scanner (2). In a computer (4), a health counsel support program is executed. A summary of the questionnaire result and an advice and target for improving the living habit are output from a printer (5).
