A stored first statement is selected among a plurality of stored first statements while a stored second statement that corresponds to the recognized vocal statement is selected among a plurality of stored second statements. The selected statements are combined into a full statement which is converted into a voice signal by means of a text-to-voice converter and is output. A system that is to be controlled is controlled according to the recognized control command.
