The present invention relates to a Bulgaria inquinans strain and the method for artifical-cultivating Bulgaris inquinans by the strain.The invention discloses a Bulgaris inquinans Bi-II•F strain, the isolated strain does belong to Bulgaris by identification, the deposit accession number of which is CGMCC No.0883. The invention also discloses the method for artifical-cultivating Bulgaria inquinans by utilizing the Bi-II•F strain comprising the following steps:slant cultivation, liquid deep fermentation for seed cultivation, fruiting body cultivation and mushroom administration.The artifical-cultivation method disclosed by the invention has an appropriate designed line of art, in which the time for emerging fruiting body is one month shorter than those in conventional artifical-cultivation method, which has the characters of rapid growth, high yield,stable metabolic product,has highly practical application value. The medicines for therapying dermatosis such as psoriasis, cutitis, epichrosis leucasmus or eczema etc. prepared by using the active component of the Bulgaris inquinans or its mycelia have well therapeutic effect.
