PURPOSE: A method for performing a signcryption process using KCDSA(Korean Certificate-based Digital Signature Algorithm) is provided to obtain simultaneously the signature and the encoding by using the KCDSA. CONSTITUTION: A random number, xRZq* is selected(S10). W=yB¬x mod p is calculated(S11). k=KDF(w) and r=hash(w) are calculated(S12). c=Ek(m) is calculated(S13). e=rh(ZA II m) is calculated(S14). A signature encoding algorithm process is performed by calculating s=xA(x-e) mod q(S15). Encoded messages of c, e, and s are transmitted to a receiver. The encoded messages of c, e, and s are obtained by performing the calculation process of c=Ek(m), the calculation process of e=rh(ZA II m), and the calculation process of s=xA(x-e) mod q.
