PURPOSE: A biological producing method of a fermented soybean peptide for fodder using Aspergillus oryzae GB-107 is provided, thereby removing a trypsin-inhibiting factor and increasing the solubility of a soybean peptide. Therefore, it can inhibit diarrhea of domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: A biological producing method of a fermented soybean peptide for fodder using Aspergillus oryzae GB-107 comprises the steps of: regulating the water content of soybean meal to 40 to 50%; heating the soybean meal at 60 to 80 deg. C for 1 hour; inoculating 2g of Aspergillus oryzae GB-107(KCTC 10258BP) to 1kg of the soybean meal; and spreading the soybean meal on a bed-packed solid fermenter and culturing it at 30 to 37 deg. C for 48 hours.
