PURPOSE: A device for connecting and managing a terminal for offering a Windows terminal service, and a computer-readable recording medium recording a terminal connection software and a management software are provided to make a client use the Windows terminal service by selecting an optimal Windows terminal server and performing data communication with the selected Windows terminal server. CONSTITUTION: A communication processor(114) performs the data communication with the Windows terminal servers through the network. A storage(112) stores a server ID data list and an IP(Internet Protocol) address of the Windows terminal servers recently connected by the client. A terminal connection processor(113) stores a server ID data list to the storage if a Windows terminal service use request signal is received from a user command input part(111). The terminal connection processor connects the client to the recently connected Windows terminal server by requesting an idle session to a server matched with an IP address of the recently connection Windows terminal server or selecting an accessible Windows terminal server based on the IP address and the recently connected Windows terminal server of a client PC.
