PURPOSE: A method for an online BI(Business Incubation) consultation using the network is provided to reduce a consulting expense and to process the BI consultation faster than the offline by using the BI consultation through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A customer is classified by receiving a BI consulting request from the customer having an ID, and stores the customer information and the requesting particulars of the customer(301). A consulting service fit to the requesting particulars is judged by analyzing the customer information and the requesting particulars(303). The customer is connected to a corresponding consulting service according to the judged consulting service(304-307). The consulting contents provided to the customer are stored(308).
