Method and System for operating time deposits by means of cyber bank branch

PURPOSE: A method and a system for operating a time deposit through a cyber branch of a bank are provided to efficiently manage/use cyber money by managing a point offered from a cooperated company with the cyber money of the bank and increasing the cyber money through the time deposit. CONSTITUTION: A host computer of the bank(10) issues the main transaction account for processing the account management and issues/transfers the cyber money to the main transaction account by a request from each cooperated company and the cyber branch(40). A cooperated computer requests the issuance of the cyber money to the host computer in compensation for the point/mileage provided from the cooperated company(30) depending on an article/service transaction. A cyber branch server establishes a deposit account based on a request for a cyber money time deposit from a customer, and transfers the cyber money corresponding to the time deposit from the cyber money accumulated in a bank account of the customer by linking with the host computer. If the customer requests cancellation of the cyber money time deposit, the cyber branch server calculates the interest and transfers the cyber money due to the cancellation to the bank account of the customer.
