PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a credit card settlement mortgaging the credit sales are provided to decide a use limit and repay fund in a revolving settlement method by mortgaging the credit sales of a member store. CONSTITUTION: A communication function operating unit(102) performs a communication function with an external system. A credit information operating unit(104) collects/stores/operates the credit sales information of a credit card user. A credit transaction information operating unit(106) collects/stores/operates the credit card use information of the credit card user. A settlement information operating unit(108) collects/stores/operates the repayment information for the settlement price of the credit card user.
