Optical interpretation card and sheet for sensing to be changed by injustice conduct

PURPOSE: An optical recognition card and sheet preventing copy and substitutive use is provided to regulate an illegal activity by recognizing the optical recognition card certified/issued from authorities as adding a code given from the enforcement authorities to an OMR(Optical Mark Reader) or an OCR(Optical Character Reader) card and sheet. CONSTITUTION: A timing mark(10a) displays a data input column. Light penetrating codes(1,3,5,7,9) penetrate light at a predetermined part of the optical recognition card. Non-penetrating codes(2,4,6,8) reflect the irradiated light by being combined/arranged to the light penetrating code. Thus, the optical recognition card is discriminated by a combination of the light penetrating codes and the non-penetrating codes.
