P2P Analytic Real Estate Information Search System with Hybrid P2P Network

PURPOSE: A system for searching the analyzed realty information using a hybrid P2P(Peer-to-Peer) network is provided to lessen load of a central server, realize a direct realty information search between buyers and sellers in real-time, and reflect the realty information updated by each peer to the realty search in real-time. CONSTITUTION: If a user logs in after stating a program on the individual peer, an IP(Internet Protocol) address filter stores an IP address of the individual peer. If the individual peer operates the realty information, the realty information is stored(104). If a request for searching realty is received from other peer, a realty search engine(106) decides a reception of the request, and sends a response message by analyzing a search message from the realty information stored in a database of the peers and searching the matched contents. The realty search engine analyzes the search messages received from each peer, and promptly sends the response message by classifying a kind of the realty and a trading form. If the user logs out, the IP address filter updates the IP address of the peer in an IP address database(303C).
