PURPOSE: An insulation wire and a self-bonding insulation wire are provided to increase the peeling strength between an insulation coating and melt-bonding coating, when used as a voice coil of a speaker, thereby preventing the peeing of each coat and falling of wires from a bobbin. CONSTITUTION: The insulating wire comprises: an insulation coat(12) on the outer circumference of the wire(11); a primer(13) surrounding the outer circumference of the insulation coat; and a melt-bonding coat(14) surrounding the outer circumference of the primer, wherein the insulation coat is a ceramic insulation coat formed by a coating composition comprising a zirconium compound and a silicon compound, wherein the primer is formed by silicone modified with an organic resin; and the melt-bonding coat is formed by using a polyamide resin, a polyimide resin or an epoxy resin.
