PURPOSE: A reinforced concrete unit pier block using a PC strand assembly and an H-beam is provided to reduce the period and cost of construction by constructing regardless of external temperature in a construction work and to secure the quality control. CONSTITUTION: The reinforced concrete unit pier block using a PC strand assembly and an H-beam comprises the steps of installing many H-beam setting units on a section provided with an upper concave part and a lower convex part to install H-beams(20), installing many PC strand setting units on the center and the outer side of the section to interpose PC strand assemblies(30), assembling reinforcing bars along the PC strand setting units of the outer circumference, then placing and curing concrete.
