PURPOSE: A process for producing wine of eternal youth is provided, which wine is not poisonous and improves healthy and life span of human. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing wine of eternal youth comprises the steps of: (i) mixing 1 kg of secret material 1, 1.5 kg of secret material 2, 2 kg of secret material 3 and 50 liter of water, boiling the mixture for 2 hours, and cooling and storing the mixture for 3 days to obtain a refined solution; (ii) mixing 5 kg of malted rice, 3 kg of glutinous rice, 3 kg of Lycium Chinense powder, 1 kg of yard powder and 1 kg of an elm tree root powder and inserting the mixture into a fermentation vessel; adding the refined solution of the step (i) into the mixture of the step (ii), sealing the fermentation vessel, and fermenting the mixture at 20 deg. C for 3 months; and filtering the fermented mixture and distilling the filtered solution.
