PURPOSE: A device for the fabrication of a tire reinforcement, having multiple positioning arms which undergo a movement guided by a cam follower sliding in a slot, is provided to simplify the device so as to approach the base of a tire bead and consequently to arrange the codes on the core more certainly. CONSTITUTION: The device for the fabrication of a tire reinforcement, made out of codes(4), includes a frame and is used in combination with an essentially annular form which is mounted on the frame and rotates around the rotation axis line, wherein the codes(4) are arranged on the surface of the foam in an arc shape along the appropriate track to the former(4) so that the reinforcement is gradually accumulated on the form. The device also includes: a code arranging member, through which the codes(4) pass in a sliding manner; an operating mechanism, composed of at least one main arm(31) and two auxiliary arms(32,33), i.e. a front auxiliary arm(32) and a rear auxiliary arm(33); and pressurizing member(2G,2D), arranged near to each end of the track.
