PURPOSE: A turbine bucket dovetail and a constitution method thereof are provided to minimize stress concentrated in a wheel hook fillet and to hold the size applicable to the existing vapor path. CONSTITUTION: A turbine bucket dovetail(12) for fixing buckets in a turbine rotor includes plural hooks to be combined to a wheel post(16) of the turbine rotor, and a pocket machined to a tangential surface of the dovetail. The hook is extended to the axial direction with respect to the turbine rotor. The pocket is defined by pocket regions including each hook.
